What exactly is Creative Concierge?

Creative Concierge is Empyrean Suite’s monthly design subscription that gives you access to a dedicated designer, custom content, and strategic support for your brand. You’ll have your own secure portal to submit requests, share files, and communicate directly with us — just like having an in-house creative team.

Is it really unlimited design?

Each plan includes a set number of graphics per month, based on your selected tier. You can submit as many unlimited requests as you'd like, and we’ll work through them in priority order. We believe in quality and strategy — not just quantity — which means every design is crafted with intention.

What platforms do you work with?

We work with nearly every platform you can think of from Shopify, Wix, Wordpress, Kajabi, Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Click Funnels, Elementor, Divi, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Keynote and so many more.

What can I request?

You can request a wide range of visuals including:

  • Social media graphics
  • Flyers, brochures, and invites
  • Business cards and email banners
  • Pitch decks and presentations
  • Product mockups and packaging previews
  • Branded content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

What’s the turnaround time?

Essence Tier: 72 hours per request

Momentum Tier: 48 hours

Ascend Tier: 24–48 hours with priority queue

Revisions are typically turned around in 1–2 business days.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds, but we’ll always make sure you receive the full value of your active month.

How do you communicate with clients?

Each client receives access to a private, secure design portal, where you can submit requests, message us directly, and upload/download files.

What if I need web development or tech support?

Our core focus is premium design and creative strategy. However, we collaborate with trusted web developers and can provide referrals or manage design handoffs to your tech team.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will work closely with you to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded with each request. In most cases we'll allow a full refund for clients who cancel their subscription 7 days after their billing cycle.
